There will be no surcharges or added fees (FedEX and UPS excepted…see below) 

There is no penalty or charge for changing or cancelling your reservation.

Please contact us below and we will assist ASAP. Any required refunds will be made to your secure credit card within 24-48 hrs.

The limit of liability will be $500 per piece (to include golf clubs), and other sporting equipment will carry a $100 loss liability. Fragile items, and liquids, should not be packed in your child’s luggage, we encourage you to carry these items to camp.  Sporting items such as lacrosse and hockey sticks will not carry an added charge. As part of our service, baggage will be delivered by our company to your child's designated cabin.

Note: Please have your own permanent baggage tags with your camper’s information securely attached to each piece of luggage.

The price for Round-Trip service is based on 1 OR 2 pieces of luggage per individual camper.  There are no discounts for additional campers. Please refer to our pricing table below as well as the service areas defined by the state.

If you are located outside of our listed service areas defined below, select “other”, and we will arrange service with FedEx or UPS to make sure that your child’s luggage gets to and from camp. We will make all the arrangements for you, as well as provide the shipping labels.

Please be aware that any overweight surcharges applied by FedEx or UPS will be billed to you.
